Each wooden cutting board is made of solid end-grain and uses oak wood, making the board sturdy, durable and of very heavy quality.

The end grain makes the plank also good for your kitchen knives. The knife sinks between the wood fibers, so that your knives stay sharp for longer. The fibers close again after use; this contributes to the hygiene and durability off your shelf.
